  • 4 vine tomatoes, finely chopped
  • ½ yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 1 serrano chile, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¾ teaspoons kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
