Ingredients

  • 8 Persian cucumbers or 2 english cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1 shallot, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup dill, chopped
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • ½ cup sugar

Preparation

  • Step 1

    Place the vinegar and sugar in a medium bowl and whisk until the sugar is dissolved. Add the cucumbers and shallot and toss to combine. Just before serving, add dill and toss to combine.
