Coleslaw

Ingredients
- 1 - 2 lb. head of green cabbage, finely shredded
 - 2 medium carrots, finely shredded
 - ⅓ cup mayonnaise
 - ⅓ cup sour cream
 - ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
 - ⅓ cup sugar
 - 2 teaspoons onion powder
 - 2 teaspoons salt
 - ¼ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
 
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together the cabbage and carrots.
Step 2
Whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, onion powder, salt and pepper and add to the cabbage mixture. Mix well to combine.
Step 3
Cover and chill until ready to serve. Let sit overnight for enhanced flavor.
